Massage blend to assist in relief of back and muscular pain. Particularly developed for use during pregnancy and labour but also great for any muscular, bone and joint soreness. Apply to relevant area and gently massage whenever required. | SAFETY NOTE:Wait 15-20 minutes after showering or strenuous activity as there are some big oils in this blend which may heat up and cause mild discomfort when applied to open pores.
