What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an empowering, holistic and transformative tool that utilises the individual’s own breath to access non-ordinary states, is accessible to any individual and offers a diverse array of benefits.
Though consciously and intentionally altering our normal breathing patterns, our Breath becomes a powerful gateway to higher levels of consciousness, self awareness, inner guidance, dialling up or into our creativity, mental and physical healing, stress reduction, personal expansion and evolution and so much more.
Breathwork can also help us define, access and release stuck states of energy and emotions resulting in heightened states of clarity, calm and an overall wellbeing.
The impact of actively practising Breathwork (in many of its varied forms) in a safe and intentional way, stands to have a profound effect on the individual, and wider consciousness as a ripple effect of that process.
